How do I create a price quote for my institution?

You can easily create a quote in the ACCUPLACER platform.  

NOTE: A price quote can’t be used in place of a completed order form. Your order won’t be processed if a price quote form is submitted. 

Steps for Creating a Price Quote:   

  1. Log on to accuplacer.org with IA or Site Manager credentials. 
  2. Click on Order Forms toward the bottom of the Navigation panel. 
  3. Click the yellow link for Prepare Online Order/Quote. 
  4. Click the Next button twice, to navigate to the ACCUPLACER Test Units tab. 
  5. Enter the # of units in the field Total Units Ordered, then click the $ in Total Cost 
  6. If ordering COMPANION materials, navigate to the desired COMPANION  tab and enter the # of COMPANION materials desired. 
  7. Click the yellow Save Quote button, then Yes, then OK. 
  8. The system will take you back to the Order Forms page. 
  9. Scroll down and click the 2nd plus sign—Saved in Progress Online Order Form Quotes. 
  10.  Under Action, click the download icon (it will be the 2nd icon). 
  11. A green bar will appear with Download.  Click Download to download the quote to your local machine (filename = OnlineOrderForm.zip).  The quote will be in PDF format inside of the ZIP file.
