How do I order ACCUPLACER test units and how long will it take for my order to be processed?

Please allow up to five (5) business days to process all orders. Orders must be complete and error-free before they can be processed. ACCUPLACER Ordering is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST. You may place an order one of the following ways:

  1. Order Direct from the ACCUPLACER Platform
  • Login to accuplacer.org
  • Select Order Forms from the left navigation panel
  • Click Prepare Online Order (yellow box upper right corner)
  • Follow the steps by clicking Next
    • A signed PO must be uploaded on the Billing Information tab.
    • Make sure to complete required fields on the Terms and Conditions page and click submit.
  1. Order by Phone
  • Call 866-607-5223 (Phone orders are for Credit Card Only purchases.)
  • Have your Institution ID or Site ID handy before calling
  • Credit card purchases cannot be submitted by email and will not be processed.
  1. Order by Email
    • Attach a completed and signed ACCUPLACER Order Form
    • Attach a signed purchase order (PO)
    • Send to [email protected]

To avoid delays, the Purchase Order and page 4 of the Order Form must be signed
