I would like to place an order, but don't know my Institution or Site ID. How do I find it?

When placing an ACCUPLACER order, you must indicate which ACCUPLACER account you’d like your units placed. You may order units at the institution-level or site-level. Institution IDs are six digits long and site IDs are nine digits, with the first six digits being the same as the Institution ID.

If you're placing an order and don't know or forgot your ID, Institutional Administrators (IA) and Site Managers (SM) can easily look this up in the platform. Once logged in, they should select the “Users” tab from the left-side navigation bar. Then, select “Manage Profiles” and “User Profiles.” On the User Profile Search page, the Institution Name will appear. Please note: Only SMs will see a Site ID and name.
