What if I don’t know the information required to obtain my scores from the ACCUPLACER Student Portal?

If your personal information needs to be updated or you don’t know what information was used, you must contact the institution that completed your test registration. The institution can provide or edit your information or release your scores to you.

Please note: If you're unable to retrieve your scores through the ACCUPLACER Student Portal, the school that completed your test registration is the only other entity that can release your scores to you. ACCUPLACER can’t send you a copy.
