What if I get the message, “No student found,” when trying to access my test scores in the Student Portal?
Because protecting student privacy and personal data is very important to ACCUPLACER, we require that the information entered into the Student Portal to retrieve test scores be exact. On the “Find Your Test Results” screen, you must enter the same information you did when you took your test. Here’s some tips for entering the correct information:
- If you don’t know your student ID, contact the institution that completed your test registration.
- If your information has changed, contact the institution that completed your test registration.
- When choosing your Student Institution, remember the institution that completed your test registration may be different from the location where you tested. Select the institution you tested for, rather than the testing location (if different). If you're still unsuccessful, please contact the institution directly for your score information.
Please note: The school that completed your test registration is the only other entity that can release your scores to you. ACCUPLACER can’t send you a copy.
