What should I do if I can’t find my school in the Student Portal?

If you tested at an institution that is different from the one that will be using your scores, when selecting the Student Institution section on the Find Your Test Scores screen, make sure to choose the institution that completed your test registration and not the one where you tested. If you still can’t find your institution, please contact the institution directly to inquire about your score information.
