What should I do if I don’t receive an email with my score report after requesting it in the Student Portal?

When requesting a score report in the ACCUPLACER Student Portal, your report will be sent to the email address you provided when you took your test. The link you receive to access your scores expires after 24 hours. 

If you're unsure of the email address that you provided, please contact the institution that registered you for the test to obtain your scores.

Please note: If you're unable to retrieve your scores through the ACCUPLACER Student Portal, the school that completed your test registration is the only other entity that can release your scores to you. ACCUPLACER can’t send you a copy.
