Who should I contact if I have issues accessing my scores on the ACCUPLACER Student Portal?

If you have any technical issues accessing your scores on the ACCUPLACER Student Portal or are unable to provide the required information to use the Portal, contact the school that completed your test registration to obtain your scores. ACCUPLACER and College Board are unable to provide your score and can’t send a copy of your scores to you.
