Why do I receive emails notifying me of Low Units when it appears all my sites have units?

The Low Test-Unit Threshold Notification Alert email you receive is designed to provide a low balance warning to the email address configured for your institution or site.

When you receive this notification, first check all your sites, including your institution’s Demo Site, to find the one with low units. If you find a low balance, you may wish to move or purchase units to ensure you continue to have enough to test.

If you are receiving this email when your balance is not low, the threshold for a low unit balance can be changed. Your Institution Administrator(IA) can change this threshold for the institution and all sites for the account by logging in as an IA, clicking System Configuration under the Users menu, and adjusting the Low Unit parameters.
